Refund Policy

Domain:

For domain registration, renewal, and transfer all sales are final. There is no scope for a refund.

Shared Hosting:

We give 7 days money-back guarantee for the first purchase of shared hosting from our website. When you sign up and purchase your first shared hosting from our website you will be eligible to get a refund without any questions asked.

But from the next purchase, you won’t get a refund like this. You have to give us a proper explanation of why you want a refund and what problem you are facing now within 3 days of purchase. Our team will check your issue and if unable to solve we will issue a refund for your purchase.

VPS/Dedicated Server:

These services will not have any refund.

Web Services:

If you take our web services such as WP Care, Web Design & Development you will be eligible to get a partial refund under some circumstances:

1. We take a longer time to deliver the service than our contract. But if you add a new feature request which was not added to the contract earlier we will not give any refund.
2. You have to give us all the documents and content we need from you to complete the project. If we can’t deliver your project because of your delay we won’t give any refund.
